Delivery Timeframes
- Dhaka City: 1–2 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day (business days only).
Shipping Charges
- Orders over ⚾1,500 — Free
- Inside Dhaka — ⚾60
- Outside Dhaka — ⚾120
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or call from our delivery partner with tracking details.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule.
